  • The festival is situated in the beautiful gardens of The Holburne Museum which is located on Great Pulteney St, Bathwick, Bath BA2 4DB

  • Bring your own chairs or blankets and get comfortable! Picnics are welcome, and we’ve got baby changing areas available. Pushchairs are allowed, so the whole family can enjoy the festival with ease!

  • During the daytime paid parking is available at the Holburne Museum, as well as on the surrounding roads. During the evening free parking is available after 7pm at the Holburne and on the surrounding roads.

  • The festival and all events are wheelchair accessible. There are public toilets which are wheelchair accessible, on the ground floor and in the basement. The basement toilets are accessible via the lift.

  • Don’t fancy bringing your own chair? We have you covered! Enjoy one of our deck chairs for £4.50 to save you the hassle. You can do this by selecting 'Deckchair' in the 'Add-ons' section when booking a ticket for a show.

  • General admission door times will be confirmed prior to the event (you’ll receive an email from us), but in most cases you will be able to access the festival an hour before the event starts.

  • Children are welcome to all shows and babies in arms have free entry. Baby changing areas are available for use on the ground floor of the Holburne Museum. All events are pushchair accessible. 

  • Yes, well behaved dogs are very welcome if kept on a lead.

  • There are public toilets which are wheelchair accessible, on the ground floor and in the basement. The basement toilets are accessible via the lift from any floor.
    Both the men’s and women’s toilets have baby changing facilities.

  • All events will have an on-site first aider ready to respond to any emergencies. 

  • In the event that the show must be cancelled due to extreme weather a full refund will be provided. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for individual tickets purchases.

  • We are an open air theatre and, where possible, the show must go on! Please bring rain jackets and umbrellas. New for 2025, we have a COMPLETELY covered seating area! – with priority given to booked deckchair seating. Shows will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions.
